PRAYER IS STILL HAPPENING
EVERY THIRD THURSDAY
7:00A.M. - 7:30A.M.
ALTHOUGH WE CAN'T MEET AT GOSHEN DINER,
WE CAN MEET VIRTUALLY!
FOR MORE INFORMATION AND ZOOM LINK,
During these unprecedented times,
we ask that you stand with us in prayer for our County
for our Nation.
1 Timothy 2:1: First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people...
Praise, glory, and thanks be to God because He reigns over all the earth. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord and whose people trust in Him.
For the virus to diminish rapidly, and healing come quickly.
For the rapid production and distribution of the new vaccines. May these
vaccines be as safe and effective as hoped.
For the continued protection of the most vulnerable, recovery of the sick,
and sustained operation of the businesses, schools, and houses of worship.
For kindness, repentance, and forgiveness to flow and replace the social
unrest in our nation with love for our neighbors. May the peaceful pursuit of righteousness and justice always prevail over lawless acts of rioting, looting, and senseless destruction.
That the fabric of unity that binds our diverse communities of people, government, law enforcement, and public safety be kept from being torn apart but made stronger. What some would intend for evil, may God turn it for good.
For protection, strength, and wisdom for our Orange County Executive, Steve Neuhaus, Commissioner of Health Irina Gelman, Commissioner of Emergency Services Brendan Casey and all their staffs, who are working tirelessly to keep us safe and informed.
For protection, strength, and wisdom for our President, Vice-President, Governor, and their medical and economic advisors.
For those who are currently in the hospital due to the virus and their families who are unable to be with them.
10. For the families of those who are sick or who have lost loved ones to this virus.
11. For businesses and individuals who have suffered financial hardship due to the virus and shutdowns. May
they be refreshed and restored soon.
12. For all our front-line workers including medical personnel, police, fire, EMT, community volunteers, and faith-
based organizations to be equipped and appreciated for the service they perform, especially in these difficult times.
